I had some questions about proxy servers.
1) To me (a total noob), how would you go about setting one up for surfing the web?
2) Why can't I just use sites like tntproxy, or hidemyass, or freeproxyserver
to increase hits manually, surfing through my own computer, to my own websites?
3) Is there a way to build backlinks manually through your own browser?
