Simply put... I picked a picture of a girl, put it into the FBML box and that was able to attract 230k fans on the first day of page's creation (don't ask how). The girl is a model (not very known). But it's important to mention that the website from which I took the picture is known.

Could she sue me for privacy copyright infringement (or the site) ? I have no rights to distribute this picture...

My page is still undeleted and is currently turned 'unpublished' from me. Any advice from you will be much appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe I'm too careful. Some people named a page "sexual allusion in Disney's cartoon movies" (in french) and got 570k fans and is still online for weeks. I don't think Disney would accept such a page....

if you don't have her permission you COULD get into trouble, but since she is a model if she doesn't want it up on ur page id think they would just ask u to remove it. as for Disney, its different... but they DO have sexual illusions in the movies lol
