Another PR Rank update?

I usually devalue high pr sites with keyword sink .. lol so it doesn't matter for me .. by the way some of my sites are relatively new and got pr2 and some old ones still pr2

As we can see again, google dont want quantity but quality to make the PR.

I have no idea whether google is looking for quality or amount.
I had one blogspot registered for test 2 months ago and blasted it with 10 000 scrapebox in a single day, never touched it after that.
yahoo explorer shows 6000 links (was showing 10 000), and still PR0, so google is obviously looking for quality links for Page Rank.
But the page actually ranks really well in google, first page for two similar keywords. Keywords sound good, never really checked the traffic.
on the other case totally different scenario
I had couple of blogs started for a company used HighPR comments on pages pr4 and pr5 and .edu profiles. these blogs have PR1 and PR2 but no ranking at all.

Actually you are incorrect. I saw a site updated from pr0 - pr5 a few weeks back and then today it is pr3 so definitely its another pr update since i have some sites that have had pr changes more than once only a few weeks apart.
Haha, you and I both.
I have been having 6 different pages bounce up and down for the past week. They have been going from a 3 to a 1 back to a 3.......weird. And the Domains have been moving sorta like that too.
