LOL this is like a 3rd PR update in the last 2-3 months - two of my major sites went from PR0/1 to PR2 and PR4! Many internal pages went up as well, awesome... Sadly, no major change to SERP which only shows that PR is really on the back burner when it comes to ranking for good keywords...

I have been jumping.. Sat at pr 0, jumped to pr 4 in July and then down to a pr 1.. Now its back to a pr 2..

Very unstable.. Don't have a clue what they are doing and don't care as long as my traffic is coming in..=)

Here is what my sites did:

1 >> 3
0 >> 2
1 >> 3
0 >> 1
2 >> 0
0 >> 2
1 >> 1
5 >> 4

AND... My pet tumblr project went from 0 to 3.

Overall it was a good day.

DAMN!!!!
I have a 2 year old site that has Google Authority Sitelinks, and my homepage went from PR1 to PR2!! Why is it so low???

More surprisingly I have a blog post on my site that has a PR3! LOL Some of my other inner pages are PR1.

Wonder if I can pass the linkjuice from my blog post by linking to my homepage?

Ok... So PR jumped. But did your rank in the search engines go up? That's the thing that matters most.

There are plenty of sites with nice PR below the fold. With that in mind which would you prefer, high PR or more traffic?

No change to my sites.

Google should update PR every month, so this way it can also combat spammers, etc.

It's a win-win.
