Here is what I did yesterday:
1) 100 PR2+ Web Directories (not Article) - not-autoapprove
2) 3 PR5 and 2 PR2 .Edu Dofollllow coments
3) 6 Web 2.0 + 60 Tier2 articles (GSA) + (600 Articles(GSA) + 12K Xrumer Profiles) on Tier3

Link profile before today ( 15 web 2.0 + upper tiers and around 10 comments). Site is around 1 month old.

Result: All rankings gone even for long tail keywords. For keywords (page titles) in quotes it still ranks. It also ranks for domain.com but not for domain. site:domain.com shows all the pages , so it isn't deindexed.

What did I do wrong and what should I change the next time?
How long does it take to recover rank with such a small quantity of backlinks?

Thanks.

you can use 12k xrumer backlinks, but target towards a lot of LSI keywords and generic text. if you use main target keywords in xrumer profiles, this thing can happen

Might just be a dance. Add more content and wait and see....

do you have webmaster account for the domain? did you get any warrning?

penalty in just after one day of adding links that sounds something new, you must did something wrong in past or didn't added any link from long time.

all you do is slow down you process with dofolllw+nofollow high PR niche related links try not to use main keyword just target on getting links that is "HIGH PR and NICHE related" no matter if its dofllowww/nofollow.

If it is indeed a penalty.. its not because of what you did yesterday.

So it's about the anchor text ratio? Interesting Penguin case.

You link Profile doesn't Effect your Ranking.. I have seen this Types of Google Dance for Few of my Sites as well.. So just relax and watch for Few Days...

Maybe the places where you listed your site are blacklisted this may happen, because there are lots of people also submitting sites too, try other places with more relevant PR's.

Here is summary. I have built few link every few days. Also i do not use my main keyword phrase in more than 5% anchors, most are generic anchors,LSI,Raw etc.

Please note that xrumer links point to tier2 articles (posted with GSA) not to money site.

I just opened one to see what has happened, but still no info.

I'm sure its google dance cause my site doesn't even show up but after a couple hours my site shows up.. strange o_o

Edit: this has been happening for a week lol

I already moved the site to new domain. I do not want to have this domain penalized as well.

Is xrumer blast to tier 2 safe .. or I should blast to tier3 only?

Most people are saying that it will make your money site climb and that there will be no penalty. However, I am not really convinced.

I'm currently doing experiments on tier 2 blasting. I have 10 sites and they all have tier 1s. I separated each site and used different softwares for tier 2. However, I made sure to blast each tier 2 with at least 2000 links. I use scrapebox, gsa, senuke xcr, xrumer, sick submitter. 1 software per 2 sites.

After 1 week, they all lost 3 to 5 rank. My 10 money sites lost 3 to 5. For example, if one site is number 20, it is now number 25. This could just be a dance. I have to wait 3-4 more weeks to see the effects. I'll have a more permanent conclusion at that time. But the good news is that there is a big likelihood that there is no deindex penalty for blasting your tier 1 or havings lots of tier 2.

I have noticed something like this also but, Google is actually
replacing my URL that i'm sending backlinks to with another
URL from my domain related to the keyword. Then about a
week or so later, the URL I was backlinking shows again.

I don't usually pay to close attention to my ranks, just traffic
changes. If I watched my ranking everyday, I would go crazy.

I would not worry about your ranks, as long as your site is there
with site:yourdomain, that's all you need to worry about.

Keep your link building going, check your keyword once a week,
once you hit number one, slow your linking a little. Then move
on to your next keyword group.

Don't give up on it... Keep working on the site with new content and new/regular flow of links..
It may come back..

You might want to wait it out for another couple weeks. Sites have been bouncing around in the serps lately.

Its tool early to conclude that its a penalty.
First of all check how many of the links you built are indexed and from that you can get a better idea.
