Our webshop have been hit at 4th of october, since then we did many tries: change content, build new backlinks and disavow all links that seems a hoax.
Its our main business and google is killing it slowly like a desease that leads to a painfull death.
We also obtain the same domain with another TLD and we want to setup our new webshop over there because our name has become branding.

First of all we will build it with complete new content but we would like to use the same theme as its very recognized by our customers.
Is Google that smart to recognize same theme and branding, like branding name + theme = infect with the google desease? Or can we do that safely?

Also our penalized webshop i had a great idea since 301 also spread the infection to the new TLD maybe to use some AJAX Popup that's not closable and just can click continue that links with an url shortner to the new webshop. Is that just a great idea or maybe sounds silly?

Anyone have some ideas how to safely transfer our business to the new TLD without get infected by google again.
I would love to hear some ideas or suggestions!

Start over completely and stop building links. Create useful content and use an authority silo structure for interlinking. You'll see that people will naturally link to your content building links for you instead of you going out and buying/building spammy links. Even if you think your links are safe, they aren't!

The problem is, most IM'ers still build links and don't spend the proper time interlinking there sites correctly. It's all about presentation now.. Present your site as an authority and you'll benefit from it with top rankings. This even works with auto generated site as well. Doesn't even have to be your own content as long as you show proper link love.

You can listen to the (keep link building alive BS) and always get hit by Big G. Or, you can adopt the new ways of building authority and SERP crushing sites by following my advise. Good luck!

Thanks for your great info. I surely will use some of your suggestions.

We have another website (not the penalized one) and did very good onpage SEO + interlinking but even with that the website was not ranking.
It looks like still need some good backlinks to get inside the top 10 of google or am i saying something stupid now?
If i do then i really would like to see some examples and learn from it by other technics.

Spammy links we will not use anymore that was our mistake why our webshop is penalized now we use links from private networks and natural sources that use uniqe articles linked to our website.
Just you are right because still we are scared for Big G that later will decide the natural links are not natural anymore, because i saw that happen before.
Maybe interlinking need much more time and patience for good rankings, that true?

"Spammy Links" have their uses! If you are going to buy links, then buy a small number of high page-rank links, like 15 maybe. Make sure the links are hand-made, and then leave them alone for a couple months while you are building actual content for your site--real content that updates often and is unique. Once you have allowed the 15 links to sit naturally for a couple months, then you can buy spammy links that point to those 15 links, not to your real website. (Even add a third tier if you like.) If any links get penalized, you can make more, but you don't want spammy links pointed directly to your website. Good Luck.

So you did everything BUT remove links? Why not?

I see people taking this shortcut often and trying everything but fixing the problem.

Just fix your backlinks and you can fix the problem. Disavowing doesn't do anything as you figured out but removing links will always fix the penalties.

Huh?..."now we use links from private networks"...which private networks are you using? is this YOUR private network? b/c if it is not, then you are in a whole heap of trouble again very soon

Thanks a lot for your post, makes more sense for me now.
I will try follow this instruction and see how that goes :) the problem of our main webshop is we didn't build tiers that's what happens when you're still noob but since penalized learning a lot now.
    Especially with this information.

Yes we did so many work for it but it seems to look impossible.
    Show you a screenshot here...

    riskfactor.jpg

I wonder if that is still doable because many webmasters don't reply to my removal request and google disavow doesn't work.
But if you have any sugestions or hints very welcome :)

Yes i mean its a SEO company that have private blogs high PR without spam they write articles for their customers there, and so for us.
They also just allow non-spammy sites and non-adult.
Well i hope this also won't bring us trouble like you said atleast it feels safe because they do backlinking for very big companies in our country.
