hey guys , ive searched but most answers were contradicting and most post were based on scams and paypal to paypal transfer.
What i want to do is buy and item which is located in an american website and have it shipped to a "friend" in america. The site doesn't allow me to use a paypal from another country where i am located. Im worried if i transfer my money from a legit verified account to a fake usa account will they automatically suspend it or can i still use it to buy on the site? i will use a proxy , but i dont want to spend money buying a vcc. the amount will be $190. Would it help if i told paypal from my legit account that im sending money to a friend of mine that "doesn't have bank account" will they go easy on that?
