OH I make all my videos myself. Pretty much goes with everything else too. Everything I know how to do, I'll do myself. And everything else, I will find help or learn how to. But I find making your own videos helps a whole lot more.UNIQUENESS.Bring Something to your channel, that you dont normally see on other channels. Why do you want people to come check out your videos, why do you want them to come to your youtube channel. Why should they subscribe to you? etc... I treat my YouTube channel as if it is another website.

You are doing great with youtube/adsense. Ill be honest with you, you will probably feel like your wasting your time with MNS if you are doing that well already with adsense. Have you considered focusing all of your time into youtube until you hit your goal, and then diversify after that? Diversifying is very important, expecially with Adsense since they are known to ban people for no reason (you loose all your money). IMO Id rather hit my goal and then diversify though, because once you hit your goal you will have extra money to outsource practually everything, pay someone who knows what they are doing and save yourself the trouble. Btw im not sure if you knew, but MNS usually only make somewhere between $5-$20 a month, that is why I said you may be dissapointed with MNS. People who deal with them, have MANY 50-200...
Thanks for the insight trizzy. To tell you the truth, the MNS sites I have were set up on the side, and I plan to have many more in the future. Most of my time is focused into youtube, I'm still trying to find ways to maximize my earnings through youtube.
I plan on starting many different projects to get a taste of everything and what i'm comfortable with. But it seems like you have an idea of what your talkin about... any ideas on how to help out with the youtube part?

As of right now i have 93 videos, 2/3 of the videos have around 500+ and then some have around 20,000+ then one just reached 100,000 with no youtube nuke, straight up search and networking. Many things help, you just need to find the right niche and how to network it.

Good job on your earnings thus far, you've done a good job with sticking to a routine. That can be really tough in the beginning!
Completely custom themes are good if you need a certain type of "backend" for your site because of the type of content that you upload. For most people, it's more cost effective to find a theme that kind've has what you want and then tweak it a bit. I'm a bit biased but I think everyone should learn how to edit basic CSS/PHP/HTML so you don't have to pay someone $30 to do five minutes worth of work.

As for the themes, i will most likely find a theme then edit the header and tweak it a tiny bit. I wish I knew some basic CSS/PHP/HTML, but I will learn it soon, I recently changed my major to computer science.

Ever think of list building by let's say, Making a new video then in the description state something like this "Hey guys, I just wanted to get your feedback on what i should post next."
Then have a poll hosted on your own site of a few things to vote and a requirement is for them to enter their email address.
