another n00b in the house

just wanted to jump in the mix and say hi to you guys n gals that are here. This is a crazy resource that I've lurked for a couple weeks and just signed up for. Im new to the world of SEO and have been getting by in all my past businesses over the years with very basic knowledge. Its gotten me so far but I need more.

Im almost embarrassed to say this but I just threw down some huge coin on a [quality] expired domain through go daddy and am waiting for it to drop through before I build it out for a new business. Given the size of the investment I am realizing that the next couple of weeks are critical in maintaining its value. I will be building out and trying to preserve a majority of the pages which got it to where it was before its passing and then running with it. Thats how I found myself here. Lightninblitz and Leith have been beyond helpful in detailed posts and aside from this post I will be reading on this forum, not talking.

REAL quickly before I fade into the background : formerly a fine art printmaker, established skateboard collector, rookie domain hoarder that makes ends meet being a professional photographer. I have been building a small PBN for my photography site and other interests. this forum has been huge in helping me and I look forward to spending hours on here soakin up and learning more.

Thanks Sam! the thought has crossed my mind, no doubt.. but I've been on various forums for interests since the early internet days and know that nobody really likes a n00b who rolls in asking questions that the forum already has answers to so I will definitely be reading a bunch before I come out in the open with questions. cause my questions are fairly simple and this place is deep... so asnwers are in here somewhere, Im sure of it. I mean, it could take me a while but Im a quick enough... and if time is money, this photographer lifestyle has got me as rich as bill gates lol. [ I got nothin but time ]
