another mom trying to make $ online

Hey guys. I just joined last night and I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself. You can call me driggers. I learned about affiliate marketing and such a few years ago but my financial situation tanked and I lost my computer and internet. So, now I'm married and have a 3 year old and am trying to learn everything I wish I could have learned years ago. I have zero money to invest so I've been using all the free stuff I can. I've made $5.00 so far in 2 months using Squidoo and Amazon but I'm trying my hand at blogging using Blogger and getting backlinks through article writing. But I'm not a writer so it takes me forever. Anyways, there seems to be a wealth of info here and I can't wait to start meeting people here and learning more!

But, yeah, welcome to this forum. It's good to see that you've already made some money and tried your hand at something. Word of advice, never ask "how do I make money", on this forum - people get ripped apart everyday for asking such questions. However, feel free to ask questions like "what's considered the best source for backlinks" or "how do I write faster" or "how can I make my blogger blog more SEO friendly" - you get the idea, questions with a more targeted objective.

My advice for you seeing as you're going to be working with SEO, is head over to http://www.seomoz.org and check it out, for an introduction to SEO - nothing beats it.
