Hello, I'm a student from Switzerland and after lurking a lot on this site I decided to create an account. For now on I have some projects.
My big project is a website in the photography niche, it will take one year at least to finish it and we are 2 guys working on it. This website aims to become a direct competitor to websites in the same niche and to get the same number of unique visitor per month (400'000). It will be hard but the idea we had is very good and is fulfilling a need to the people in this niche. I will ask for advice on some stuff here.
My second "fast" project is a quizz website on wordpress.
My last project is an irl one, it's to make some money with photography/videography. I'm pretty good at it and I will create a commercial portfolio (pictures of food, products and so on) and I will cold email businness (i will create a mailing list by looking at job offers). I'm not sure what to do, cold email or go there and have a direct contact with the owners and leave my businness card ?
