Say I managed to build 3000 incoming links for a new site after three months and then I completely stop my link building campaign at the end of the thrid month. There will be no new links after month 4 but my previous 3000 links will stay.

Will Google devalue/deindex my site for doing this?

forgot to mention taht I am using Angela's style links

It's a good thing I read this because I have just been doing the exact same thing. I built 3000 backlinks to one of my new sites and 14 sub-pages in that site (altogether) over a period of 3 months.

Here's what happened. I ranked amazingly well for 2 days, at around the 12 week mark, for everything and made hundreds, then got slammed in the sandbox. This was 5 weeks ago. Now, my site is creeping back out slowly but it's not ranking well again - yet. After it was sandboxed, It was a bit demoralising and so I decreased the rate of linkbuilding by a factor of about 10. This is not autmatically terrible, because if a site is less prominent in the SERPS, then it will tend to get less links naturally. I plan to mount a slow steady build up to aid my site's recovery out of the sandbox. I am hoping for a full recovery but I do not know what is going to happen.

In short - if you build 3000 in that timeframe, chances are you'll be sandboxed. The sandbox is different for every site and there is no guarantees. You might come out, you might not.

Also, just encase you don't know, Angela's link packs are bogus. You have to get your link added on a page with high PR to get a strong effect in the SERPs. Links on her profile pages tend to have PR n/a and will barely help you at all. It's simple page rank theory. Links on pages with PR n/a are PR n/a because they have no link juice to give.
