    Hello all,

It's been some time since I reached out to the community. Things have been slowing down for the season at my company. We're in the healthcare industry and we qualify people for products that we can bill through their health insurance.

Now most of our clients are 65+ and are suffering from Chronic Pain or Diabetes. On each client account setup our agents retrieve an email from the customers in order to establish an account. We never utilized marketing the clients through emails.

I read a few articles on the forum about monetizing email lists. I am definitely interested in setting something like that up. My main concern is will the emails actually hit the inbox or go to spam resulting in a poor ROI because the customers never single/double opted in?

Our database has little under 75k unique emails obtained over the course of 4 years.

Really looking forward for some feedback on products ideas or methods to monetize this list.

**Alongside my friend runs a Life/Health Insurance brokerage with over 300K emails that we're never monetized***

You can use getresponse and aweber or amazon ses to send the emails...
    Have you tried CPA?
There are networks who have good offers with nice payout...
Thinking this was your clients why not promote or create a brand or product for them, such as ebook, diabetes pills etc.

That's not a bad idea. I think I can get someone on fiverr to write up an eBook. Now would I charge the customers for the eBook or use it for opt-ins?

What about bounce rate and spam rules. I read that those are the major issues I face.

Surely the first thing you should do is look to sell your company's products via the email list?

The thing is we don't really have any products or item to sell them private pay. We usually bill insurances. I am now thinking about buying ankle braces or some sort of pain relief product for the customers in chronic pain and maybe diabetic cookbooks.

Do these sounds lucrative / realistic ?

I would look for complementary products/services with whatever you're providing. You could either sell them directly yourself, or set up some CPL/rev share agreement with another company that sells them.

I just signed up for peerfly. Found two really good campaigns.

Its going to take a couple of days to get approved first though. I think it will perform well due to the amount of data I have piled up.

Now my concern is can AWeber handle 100k Plus emails ?
