It's been some time since I reached out to the community. Things have been slowing down for the season at my company. We're in the healthcare industry and we qualify people for products that we can bill through their health insurance.
Now most of our clients are 65+ and are suffering from Chronic Pain or Diabetes. On each client account setup our agents retrieve an email from the customers in order to establish an account. We never utilized marketing the clients through emails.
I read a few articles on the forum about monetizing email lists. I am definitely interested in setting something like that up. My main concern is will the emails actually hit the inbox or go to spam resulting in a poor ROI because the customers never single/double opted in?
Our database has little under 75k unique emails obtained over the course of 4 years.
Really looking forward for some feedback on products ideas or methods to monetize this list.
