Another buying followers thread

I have a somewhat different agenda from most people in here. i am not trying to grown a bunch of IG accounts quickly to be able tio profit from them through links. Rather I am slowly trying to build up a brand name through one IG account only. Money is not that much of an issue, and I am not counting on gaining any money from my account during these upcoming years (more later on though).

Is there any possiblity someone in my position could gain from buying followers? What I am doing besides that is that I am using MP to follow-unfollow and about 1/3 or 1/4 of the peopel I follow also follwo me back. They are all targeted for my niche. Maybe with more followers (right now I have 1k), more would follow me back?

What am I risking by using fake followers? Ban?

You won't get banned if you buy fake followers but what it does is affect is your reputation in the future. I'd rather you pay money to grow your account organically than to buy fake followers if money isn't an issue.

people have been banned from getting fake follows and it affects your like/follow ratio as well as your reputation.

if you want to invest money do it via shoutouts. or get into contact with influential people in your niche (such as youtubers/bloggers) and start sponsoring them.

or start a giveaway and promote that giveaway via shoutouts on diffrent accounts.


those re just a couple ideas and there are quite a few more, but dont wate time and money on buying followers that you will only regret later.

How can I pay money to grown it organically? Shot outs and stuff? My niche is to small and subspecialized for me to be able to find power users within it.

IG will remove fake followers and you'll be back to square one and less cash, sooner or later.
