Another Bitcoin Dump?

The answer is simple: the USD is getting stronger because they stop the money printer
That right there.
If the Fed accelerates the end of bond buying and does a couple interest rate hikes it will go lower. But it’s more like a Fx move versus the ‘end’.
Still if there’s a systemic shock like ‘07/08, it’ll be interesting to see if BTC is viewed as a safe haven.
Or if everything dumps

Not sure, I believe in this "US dictating" story but that's not the point.
The Bretton Woods Agreement
As it did in World War I, the U.S. entered World War II well after combat began. Before it entered the war, the United States served as the Allies’ main supplier of weapons and other goods. Most countries paid in gold making the U.S. the owner of the majority of the world's gold by the end of the war. This made a return to the gold standard impossible by the countries that depleted their reserves.

Delegates from 44 Allied countries met in Bretton Wood, New Hampshire, in 1944 to come up with a system to manage foreign exchange that would not disadvantage any country. The delegation decided that the world’s currencies would no longer be linked to gold but could be pegged to the U.S. That's because the greenback was, itself, linked to gold.

Those who don't buy during this phase will be the same ones wishing they had bought when it goes up again!

I think exactly the same thing ! Don't my best to get asap fast euros to buy more :D

It is not a dump, just a minor correction. Can be good time to add some funds in bitcoin.

For the time being, holding. Gonna buy the drip once it reaches 40K.

I think BTC will go up over 70k soon. TSLA only today increase in 14% and expect soon big investments in BTC

The 4th biggest bitcoin wallet with 43k bitcoin added another 10k BTC (The wallet has never sold, only accumulated). That is saying something for the future IMO. Bitcoin had to dump to hit the next ATH, I also believe the floor is at 40k range. If this floor breaks we are looking at 29-30k floor. Either way the wave hasn't ended and before the gay bears take over we have one more push. The party isn't over yet.

Early in the pandemic Bitcoin cost U$ 3000

That was around 2 years ago.

What other asset class went from 3k to 40k in 2 years?

I bought $2k at 43k. Not so much but this is my first time buying the dip and maaaan congratulations to all those guys who buy and watch it go lower and just relax . How the hell do you do it?? I just can't keep calm especially after I keep bumping into threads like this where people are predicting the btc zombie apocalypse
