1.29billion lost from ebays shares value already

Two high profile hacker groups have called on their followers to boycott PayPal over its continued refusal to handle donations to Wikileaks.
Anonymous and Lulz Security issued a joint statement asking supporters to withdraw funds and close their accounts.
PayPal froze Wikileaks' assets after it released stolen US diplomatic cables.
The company declined to comment on the boycott because of ongoing legal action over attempts to hack its website.
Launching the campaign, LulzSec and Anonymous wrote in an online posting: "PayPal continues to withhold funds from WikiLeaks, a beacon of truth in these dark times.
"By simply standing up for ourselves and uniting the people, PayPal still sees it fit to wash its hands of any blame, and instead encourages and assists law enforcement to hunt down participants in the AntiSec movement [the campaign to highlight weak IT security]."

Apparently, it has been censored from twitter's trending list else it was at the top of the trending list for quite some time.

This is the best time to get Paypal out of the game & I suggest we all together support it as well for it is so anti-blackhat. Leave blackhat - but their blocking of accounts and stuff really pisses off.

Pretty cool as its nice when the masses can stand up to the major-corps.

...BUT im not sure about a boycot of paypal, I know they're shit in part, but they're also pretty good - all my money passes through paypal.

    Whats the alternatives? moneybookers?

Moneybookers can be alternative... Dont know if MB has ever hold payment of anyone as paypal does but I've never experienced any problem.
More MB can be verified from all over the world (as much as I know).

For those that do not know the best alternative to Paypal right now is AlertPay. They are just like Paypal in the way you receive/take in money. Plus most companies that offer Paypal are offering it as a checkout option as well now.
