Anonymous Sales?

I have a friend who wants to sell her site, but at the same time she doesn't want her name showing up to anyone (like who owns the site) even when getting paid she'd like it to go through an escrow where again she doesn't want the buyer to see his information.
If it was a normal sale I'd suggest him a few places, but since she wants to stay anonymous I am not sure. Any suggestions? Did anyone had to do such sales?

If its legit then why not use receive the money and do all formalities while she remain anonymous ?

By the way If the website is legit and everything is ok then you deal with her and say I will sell your site and have some commission if you want. And also I only know flippa for website selling.

If it's legitimate and she doesn't have any governmental actions or civil lawsuits pending against her, and provided all taxes have been paid, why would she need to remain anon? Personally, I would avoid a seller like this like the plague. It sounds all of the alarm bells and should strike great concern in the minds of any prospective buyer. Its like poison. Sure the cookie looks good, but the person handing it to you doesn't appear trustworthy.* Do you eat it anyway? NO!
