I am interested in Anonymous registrar, or good registrar which will not lock domain for 1-10 reports. I will thank you for few $. But please help me. It's not important for how much this will cost. But i need resistant to my domain, Thk you

If it's a tld, it doesn't matter, any company with money can take you down with icann complaints.

cctld can be locked by the registrar, middleman, or the country.

Depending on your extension, look for its direct registrar outside the eu, usa, gb like koddos, orangewebsite, flokinet, nicenic...

You can try offshoredomains.com for anonymous domains but as @bigduck mentioned registries of cctlds and ICANN can still take them down. There is no such thing as bulletproof domains unless you apply to become an accredited registrar where your own abuse details are on Whois.
