Anonymous premium rate phone & payment method recommendation???

Hi all,

I'm looking for a premium rate phone number service and a payment processor for credit cards but it has to be anonymous.

Does such services exist? Without me need to have an actual business/company? I dont want to connect these services to my own name/bank account?
