You can use Bitcoins also for anonymous PayPal payments. If you look at bitcointalk board you can find a lot of trusted exchanges. You send them bitcoins and they send paypal amount (minus few fees) to any address you want
This is very cool until some of these exchangers take a run with the money. In the past it was CC processing, they popped up like flies on shit - now it is exchanging services, they close faster than they open.
