Anonymous Payment

im looking for an anonymous payment ways. ive been told that perfect money is the way to do it. and its very popular in my country so i can reach it easily.
apprantly some people use it for money laundery since LR shotdown. so i guess its pretty safe.
i saw in some article talking about a forum that people disscus and teach these type of thing ( anonymity + money laundring ) but i dident find it on the web.

thanks. yes but i have some doubt about it. maybe you can enlighten me.

i heard in the process of buying and selling BTC your losing 20% of it and its tracks you somehow (your ip if im not mistaken). in the other hand perfect money only has 2% withdrawal fee.

your saying there is no way to track a bitcoin exchange at all?
