Anonymous Hosting + Configuration. Am I thinking of doing it properly?

I want to maximize my cyber security in order to avoid being detected, traced, espionage and etc.

I don't want to setup the website on a TOR onion, since the person has to have tor onion to view the content and purchase.

My question is: How?
I'm already using a Prepaid Card Internet (not on my name, nor do I know the person) + Kali VIrtual Machine + Proxychains + VPN.

I'm thinking of hosting my website via an offshore hosting provider, I will be running my website code via VIsual Studio code editor, the code will be written in HTML/CSS/JS/Next.js + MongoDB.

I'm thinking of setting up an SSH Tunnel + VPS.

My proxies are static for the proxychains and bought from a person around the world:

1. Do you know a recommended offshore hosting provider?
2. Am I doing it right?
3. What could I add for maximum security and untraceability?

I was thinking when I write the code and download npm's - they are done on my local host, is there a way to track that and alter it?

seems like a ok setup, and yes a good offshore dedicated server with 1gbps uplink will do fine, I would recommend you an offshore dedicated server in Bulgaria or Switzerland for this setup.
