Anonymous e-mail marketing routing services

Hi there,

I work in e-mail marketing. Like you (I guess), I have a double face : clean vs "underground" :yield:
I have a some-million emails databases (Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and UK) fairly well qualified (dating, shopping, estate, etc.).

Does anyone know how I could sell anonymous e-mail routing services ? I'd like to monetize my DB without many risks.
I thought about creating an offshore company (Delaware for example).
