I use net4.in. They offer free private registeration. Never saw the word "DMCA" on their site.

Thanks but I am referring to the ones that people don't have to provide their personal info( such as address) when they register their domains.

such thing doesn't exist, but you can complete with fake info, nobody verifies

Really, providing fake info? so they never contact you via mailing or something(even, lets say, when you receive a serious complaint) do they check you ip addresses and stuff? and do people get into trouble if they do that, like they will suspend your domains or something?
