I did this a couple weeks ago registering through godaddy but ran across a small problem. When I was trying to activate my prepaid credit card, i had to register using my name and contact details, including my social security # and the whole 9 yards.
I used this credit card to register a domain name under godaddy but used a fake name when i registered with them. put a fake name, fake address and when i registered it was a wifi from starbucks.
the whole process is untraceable except my credit card. if they ran a check on whos credit card that is, it would come back to me.

If you need a throw-away SS number, you go here:
Once you have the number generated, you go here:HTML:http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/social-security-number.php
.HTML:http://www.ssnvalidator.com/
This checks it in the same manner as Godaddy would, and gives you the approximate DATE of its issue.
Having this, you go here and create a full One Time identity:
You adjust the date of birth to match the SS issue time. The address is not important, as you could have moved since you received the SS.HTML:http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/
Hope this helped!
