Anonymous domain host that has no issue with copyright infringement?

I'm looking for an international domain host that won't care about obvious copyright infringement.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

q: is it usual for any domain host to be affected by copyright complaints, since they are not hosting the material? ie US based domain hosts like namecheap.
