High uptime required. Bonus if you can pay with Monero/XMR.

Does such a host exist?

Finding a host that ticks both those boxes can be tricky, but they're definitely out there if you dig around a bit.
 
I am using VPS on hostinger, they are offshore and provide very good service and products. YOu can pay with bitcoin. I think they ignore DMCA; but your content shouldnt be waaaay too shady.

I wouldn't bet much on hostinger. They can be pain as well.

Hostinger does not ignore DMCA or any other complaints.
They took down one of my casino sites after one regulator complaint :/

they won't ignore dmca at all
 
stay away from Shinjiru , the promote that they are offshore and dmca ignored , but they are NOT
 
Finding a host that ticks all those boxes can be tricky, but have you checked out any smaller, privacy-focused providers? They might be more open to crypto.
 
It's not very complicated, but the main question is: what would you like to host?
