Anonymous CPA networks?

Any suggestions for anonymous CPA networks? i.e. ones that don't need personal details for payment and signup.

Just thinking with threshold accounts, regular whitehat accounts will be the weak link in the chain so to speak.

i.e. blast through threshold accounts directing them to landing pages that have my affiliate link that's tied to whatever network I'm with. That doesn't sound so hot.

Obviously I can signup with false info and get other means, but if there's networks out there already that require nothing but a wallet and email that would be ideal.

Hmm we do at the minimum ask for your name, private mail, payment mail (as those are usually different). But I think most CPA networks have that.

CPA networks need to keep their clients (advertisers) happy too (good traffic, no fraud), so I don't think a truly anonymous CPA network will ever exist.
