U guys that use multiple ebay and paypal accounts, and use it anonymously, which kind of internet connection utilizes? proxies and vpn are out as i know...so how to connet anonymously and don't get the pp account frozen??

you cant open pp from 2 ips same day,only 1 ip for 1 pp account if not SM.pm me,we have a lot of work together.am the best pp man around

I use VPN's just fine. The issues amongst VPN users is that:

They create a PayPal account using an address in say, Colorado, but their VPN is located in NY. The most popular VPN providers often use recycled IP's that someone somewhere else in the world has used to scam eBay, such as StrongVPN. Most common issue, people don't fully delete their flash cookies. The connect to 1 VPN, do something on eBay, then close their connection and go to their 2nd VPN and do something else on eBay... eBay is then finding information linking the two accounts.

I made it simple for myself. I have old dell computers I bought off of Craigslist for 50 bucks each, each connected to private VPN's.

Best way: Use linksys router!

You can just log in to a router's basic setup and change mac address. It's really easy to do.

I heard that HideMyAss VPN is pretty good too. Never use proxies on Paypal!

I am using two paypal accounts from one IP address. No problems so far.

I am looking for free dedicated VPN, no matter where is located the server, but I did not find anything so far......I am afraid everything is with fee

Although a small competitor of mine, I think WiTopia has something free. And maybe HotSpot Shield.

I use a mi-fi router...I've also heard of resetting your router, or tethering through smart phones.

I have only 1 paypal account, and I don't need more than 1, I believe to make lots of money, 1 paypal acc is enough.
