Anyway what a fantastic and mind-boggling thread with Real!! possible business possibilities.

The OP certainly has a great ethical mindset on how to approach this method which enables people to see the possibilities and avenues you could approach this with.

Then we have the suggesting that this is offered as only a small part of the package and that other services such as SEO and social media presence are options really show the diversity and huge scale that this can bring.

The Animoto pro thing is of course a P.I.T.A but with BRITCPA's offering above we have the tools to really make a legitimate business we can be proud of and most importantly we have full 100% control of.

I thought about doing this with templates from Videohive and AfterEffects. Instead of buying an extended license, I figured you could just mark up the service price and buy a different template and some music each time.

Marine Basic is 13 weeks... The Air Force used to be 6 weeks and now it's 8... You don't stay deployed longer then a year and a half unless u request to be.

... I know that has nothing to do with the price of tea in china... but u looked really stupid to me just then... stick to talking about what you actually might know :saeek:

Has anyone made some money using this method? I'll implement this method once I get to hear some success stories.
 
so do I sell this video to a company? or do I just make it and put it on youtube for them, and say hey, maybe someone will see it, and maybe you'll get clients
 
You actually have to offline and talk to businesses to promote your service lol
But I guess you can promote your service through a website or Youtube.
 
Interesting method. There's a lot of potential for people who are good at selling on the phone.

As a small business owner I know from my experience (I get 5-10 sales calls a day) that most of the time I'm not being offered anything new. Price for small businesses at the end of the day will be the decider. Due to the amount of sales spam we get, I can't see most being open minded to spending money on something you are being cold called about.

sorry I should of clarified, I meant once I make the video for a client that wants the service...what am I doing with the video? am I just handing it over to them and letting them decide what to do with it, or am I telling them that I'll then put their marketing video on youtube for them, etc.
 
hi I have already planned in my mind but my question is can I rank local market if my hosting is in different country ??? or should I use local adwords account to it ?? any hint?

Sure you can. You just need to get the reseller license at $499.00 / year.
This plan allows you to sell your vieos to other businesses.

Why would Animoto kill freelancers and local businesses by not allowing them to make money with their tool?

Also, I know it's been mentionned before in the thread, but this method here is only the tip of the iceberg.

Think local seo, site monetization, list management, etc...

Animoto has improved their service since this was first posted. I've subscribed for years, now can claw back my $90!
