Anime streaming website. Need good ad network to profit.

Guys this looks really bad.
Can anyone suggest better CPM networks? 15k impressions from the United States and just 1.5$... not mentioning the clicks.
The ads are placed well and work correctly. It's just that the profit is very low considering the traffic.

Need something better. currently using runative.
