If of course you can afford hundreds per month on servers to host the Anime, and know you likely won't see any kind of marginal profit for many months.

i believe it's the same as making a movie website
- get a domain
- get a hosting (start with shared hosting first, and upgrade later when you are making $$ already)
- then do video embeds
sounds simple but i know there is more to this
