Anime Group + Dropshipping

I have anime streaming site and big anime fb group with 100k real members, most from Asian countries and many kids. I want to monetize it with dropshipping but don't know what the best product is for it. Can someone recommend? or maybe affiliate is better for it? and shall I make a store on the sub domain of the streaming site or get a new domain?

Can you not make a membership site? Do you have a forum? Can you provide some kind of locked or premium content? I mean, other than that you can try and set up a affiliate shop for trinkets and crap on amazon, aliexpress, or ebay. I think content locking or a membership site would work better for you.

Maybe make it so they can watch x amount of videos and after that they have to do a CPA offer to unlock the website for another 5 videos. If they want to skip this hassle they can pay a small fee every month.

i used to stay in anime niche quite some time, i think you will find out that any product is good, but it has to be anime themed...

otakus buy everything as soon as they see something which is anime themed and something that they can recognize.

As for what to buy, keychain, smartphone cases, tshirts, mousepads, chains, wristbands.

since you already have a site, checkout which anime has a lot of views and run with that or take google analytics and check with what your new visitors are coming onto your site.

if you don't have the time for that, team up with an online shop for animes and try to apply for an affilate partnership.

You can use any product because you have a lot of traffic to use and you can use any products for this purpose. But always maintain your priority.

I would first try to drop ship items/merchandise for the most popular animes first. Then depending on if your results are good, then I would start expanding by selling (dropshipping) other animes merchandise.
