Anime / Cartoon Streaming Site?

hi, sry if this is in the wrong section. how do i make a streaming site for the anime/cartoon niche (e.g. kissanime)?

First, to make a site, you need to have at least a basic overview of scripting languages like HTML, CSS else you need to hire someone for that job.

Then, you need to host/upload your anime/cartoon episode videos to any cloud storage service and embed them in your site. This is the simplest version.

If you want to design a much sophisticated site like having user signup section, comments/discussion forum, then you need a database and server side scripting (PHP)

Buy hosting (offshore preferred) > setup theme platform (wordpress, because it's easy) > develop or get a pre-made theme (dooplay, because it's updated regularly) > Your Anime website is now ready!
