Animation Software

Hey,
I hope this is the right forum for this question, so I am looking for an animation software with built in themes and templates, like the goal is to produce 10-15 minute basic animation videos in a short time. I've thought about something similar to Animaker - but animaker is an online soft..

explaindio and toonly are the ones quite popular. I once used explaindio video maker fx which were quite good. I am not sure about the latest versions though.
