Animated gifs editor / wordpress plugin

Hello,

I'm curious did someone found a plugin for wordpress that automatically adds watermark to GIF IMAGES without stopping the animation? I will also be happy if someone give me an advise if there's any "offline" piece of software that can do this (no problem to buy it)
