ANHOSTING-Any good?

Anyone that has any experience with them? They have domain privacy on checkout which is important to me.I was leaning towards hostgator but i think you need to email them if you want a domain privacy protection.Preferably I want to get a domain name + hosting together plus id protection.Any suggestion?

Don't ever EVER register your domain with your webhost.

If you do and you have a problem (false accusations of spam will do it) you have a problem with the domain.

If your domain is registered elsewhere you can have the site back up at a new host in 24 hours or less.

I have used several and now only use nameDOTcom if you use discount code XOXO first year is 8.49. Once the registration order is complete you can immediately add privacy for free with the discount code FREEWHOIS (their system does not allow 2 discount codes on one cart)

namecheap, and netfirms are on my list "used but not so good"

nodaaddy (aka goddaddy) is on my "used but stay away"
