Angela's Links?

Hey guys!

I've got a VA who is doing backlinking for me, and this guy seems to know what he's doing pretty well.

He is doing Angela's links combined with Paul's links or something.. and I also personally use Article Marketing Robot and TribePro (social bookmarker)..

I'm very new to SEO and I guess my questions are:

Firstly - what the heck is so good about Angela and Paul's links??

Second - How am I best to use TribePro and AMR in conjunction with what this guy is doing with the Angela and Paul's links?

According to me Angela and Paul's links are from high PR sites.. I have also done Angela and Paul's links for some sites.. I found that most of them are profiles but they stays for long time and give good backlinks as compared with normal profiles..
