just do trial and error...you will get valid answer by yourself and you can use that knowledge in the other time ...it will be more powerful...

Or you could POST in the forums, that would give a bit of 'energizing' to the backlink - leaving a profile stale without using it is pretty much the same as having a blog and not post anything to it.
