I've seen these two names banded around all over the place. Is there anyone who can tell me a little bit more about them?.... or at least where to go to find out more?..... im not sure what to google for tbh... /stumped .. "angela and pauls backlinks" prooved to be a more confusing than helpful serp.

I haven't used them but I think that when you subscribe to their service, they send you a monthly list with a number of URL where you can post a link to your site for free.
