Is there anyway, without root or mock location setting, to change your device's gps? No root or use of mock location.

You can change your location by connecting an external GPS device via Bluetooth that is designed to override the built-in GPS and send fake signals. Or you could use a VPN, although I'm not sure what your purpose is.
