Android/iPhone/Ipad best sales type software

Hi,
i ve made a small research on Android (not iphone yet) and i ve seen that through Android Market most sales are made on games type applications.
Please do correct me if i m wrong on this. I vent searched as i said apple market yet.
So i was thinking of launching an Android & iPhone game (i ll make this my self so there will be no cost on the programming part apart from the graphics and music/sound effects).Now i was wondering, since in Android market most applications easily get 10k+ hits/sales, is it possible to achieve this number without any promotion from my self at all?

Are you submitting your app to the android market?
A search query from the android market should reveal your newly launched app.
I don't know if that alone will get you the hits you seek, but maybe it will.
Also have a mobile site for your app so you can get hits from mobile search traffic.

Anything useful will sell.

Bump... some developer can answer... i also need to know... does iPhone app store accepts flash made apps...?

I can comment on the Android Market, sometimes proper optimization of the app's back-end data is good enough to get it to rank (title/picture names/app description). Buy a few fiverr gigs to increase the installs/ratings, make a few YouTube video's promoting the video and create a mobile site that links to your app/s.

If your app is of value it will rise through the ranks. The Android Market bases ranking off of various factors such as active installs, average amount of times the app was opened, etc. You can also Google "android app submission" and get your application indexed in dozens/hundreds of aggregating sites.
