Android / iOS Developer Needed

Hi Guys,

I need to take some architecture and turn it into a mobile app for android and iphone so I need someone who is familiar with android sdk and iOS etc.

This is an enterprise level application so I am considering using Apperian (www.apperian.com) as well for this project.

What I need:

Someone fast as the wind
Someone who can work with me via skype
Someone who knows what the hell they are doing

What I do not need:

Someone who takes weeks to do simple things
Someone who requires a go between (no project managers, etc...I want the programmer right there with me)

Anyway its a good budget project so you could make some decent change off of it.

The architecture is done and the majority of it is figured out, and its not a super complex application. Just a few twists.
