Install Titanium Backup, that app changes your device id without any problem.

root your phone -> flash xposed framework -> install xprivacy module. WIN

Or use multiple VM's that have android installed. No need to root anything.

Does it really changes device id to avoid instagram ban hammer? That option is premium and im tired of paying for bs products..

You can do this for free. Just need to search on the web for the file and instructions. I don't have an android phone, but I do know it can be done yourself at no cost. To answer your question about changing id. I don't know.

Working fine on my latest version of Bluestacks.
Haven't tried on phone.

Rooting your device is the only way to change device ID. applications are usually fake/malware.
