I think between 150 to 300$

It really depends on the product, apps can go a little higher in price depending on the service it provides. Android games should usually be .99$, or free with ads. The only time is should be more is if your an established game company, Bloons Tower Defense 5, for instance, is 5$ or so dollars, and it still performs well.
