You can also run it using VMware or VirtualBox or even live boot locally. Many VPS providers allow custom ISOs so you could try that as well to keep costs low.

It's not RDP, it's a hypervisor.

This idea is excellent, but note that you can easily emulate Android on Windows using VirtualBox. It works for me.
