Hmmm, I didn't know google did that with emulators. Thanks for the infos (if it is true - not doubting you).
If you where to mimic different devices you'd need to have a proxy-list (I'd prefer private ones), on top of that, you'd need to have multiple google-accounts would you not (I think that's a requirement)?
Seems like you'd almost need to develop your own emulator via coding it through some software-extremities- or extensive custom-hardware and software modifications...
I would recommend trying to do it all from your phone, rather than a computer. Develop an app (or disassemble/modify playstore) (Most definitely would need root privileges) and have the developed app modify your account infos/device infos. I don't think it'd be any where near easy; but, I also don't know to much about it and all this is just theories.
