Android developer for one app

I am interested in paying an app developer to make me one app related with the usage of Google Maps.

I think it's pretty simple app

Simple app that uses the google map api and shows you how to go to one point from a database of locations. Basically imagine you want to go a restaurant, it will shows you all the near restaurants from the location where you are. But it won't be restaurant it will specific streets.
