Android Bot For Twitter

I need someone who can program an android bot for twitter follow/unfollow and set delay. Please send me pm with quote and skype id.

Why create an android bot? Why not create a web app that you can access from your Android device, Apple if you like or even your desktop? Cheaper, faster to develop, easier for the app to be delivered to you.

Unless you want spyware, the thread is not very clear. Or unless you want to create a commercial product
