android apps building business site to be flipped

hi
i want to make a package for android apps building business and flip it, package will include :
new domain name
a custom made website design
video and/or pdf documents to show how to proceed to build apps using the given tools.
if i sell with no earnings or traffic, for how much would this sell ?
help is much appreciated

What is up with these evaluation threads with nothing in them?

IF I was able to dunk like lebron james, and IF I was 8 feet tall how much would you pay me to play in the nba/nfl/mlb whatever....

I don't want to be rude but honestly you don't even have a site right now and you are trying to determine an evaluation. That is like saying if I make a new product that keeps people safe how many millions could I make, oh yeah it will be blue AND pink... does that make it worth more.

The variables are insane when determining values on things that exist, so here is what I would do.

1. Make the site.
2.Make the video/pdf
3. Put it out there to gauge the interest/feedback from people that might be interested in it.
4. Determine if you are sitting on a gold mine and continue along with it until you are making money. If you are not and say no on is interested due to your quality/subject then blast it with some backlinks for the hope that you find a sucker willing to buy a domain that has lots of links.

Once you are value, then you will have no problems finding people lining up to throw your money at them. Until then you are a day dreamer...

If you know HTML, CSS, and Java Script, you already have the tools to build android apps. Yet you need to follow some important steps such as convert a website into a web application, use of client side data storage with apps, and add animation with JQ touch.
